I had this old book on my own bookshelf. I bought it years ago at the Book Cottage in Euless. Six Feet Six is a book about Sam Houston. Ken and I are watching "Texas Rising" on the History channel. I decided to read more about Sam Houston's life. He was actually 6'3" but had such a bearing and personality that people often thought he was 6'6"/5.
